Domingo 28:
Stein am Rhein

As every morning we found Ursula's breakfast in the bacony.

We cross the German border to follow the Rhein Rain From Basel to Schaffhausen, to go to the Rhine Falls in northern Switzerland

The Rhine Falls (Rheinfall in Switzerland ) are the largest plain waterfalls of Europe.

They are located in the High Rhine upper course of the river Rhine, in the municipalities of Neuhausen am Rheinfall and Laufen-Uhwiesen, near the town of Schaffhausen in northern Switzerland

After, we went to the Middle Ages city call ed Schaffhausens a city and the capital of the canton of the same name.

And we taste the tipical food of the region... Mmmmm!

After a caffe we visit the Schaffhaussen symbol: The Munot. It is a circular 16th century fortification south of the city of. It is surrounded by vineyards and serves as the city's symbol.

And we take the car to Stein am Rhein which received the first Wakker Prize for the preservation of its architectural heritage in 1972. The town has a well preserved medieval centre, and you can find a shop with 1000 different kinds of chocolate, where we buy the tipical piece of the Swiss Army!

With the last light of the day we visit the Swiss part of Konstanz at the western end of Lake Constance in the south-west corner of Germany.

But we're hungry and we go to Winterthur to dinner. Were Joan Gamper born November 22, 1877, also known as Joan Kamper, Hans Gamper, Johannes Gamper and Kans Kamper. Was a football pioneer, player and club president. He founded football clubs in Switzerland and Spain, most notably FC Barcelona which now promotes the firm Winterthur Group (AXA Winterthur Group) a multinational insurance company founded in Winterthur Switzerland in 1875.

Sabado 28:

We take a car on the EuroAirport Basel-Mulhouse-Freiburg which is operated jointly by two countries, France and Switzerland, and we go to Zurich.

The metropolitan population is around 1.3 million. The city is Switzerland's main commercial and cultural center (the political capital of Switzerland being Bern), and is widely considered to be one of the world's global cities. According to several surveys in 2006[1] and 2007[2], Zurich was named the city with the best quality of life in the world. But I preffer basel.

After this, we're hungry, we need to eat, and where we go to the highest club of Zurich...

And to the old historical part of te city...

Here we are, up on the GrossMünster.

After a hard tourist day we need to relax next to the Zurich's lake, in one of the last old "non-club" places with Ursula's Friends.

At the night, Martin guide us to a tipical Restaurant to dinner, were we ask:

After dinner we went to Langstrasse. Here you find more rough but authentic amusements: Brazilian bars, punk clubs, HipHop stages, Caribic restaurants, arthouse-cinemas, Turkish kebabs and Italian espresso-bars, but also sex shops or the famous red light district of Zürich. At the Langstrasse you find the very international and multicultural heart of Zürich.

Finally we arrive to Bern at 10:20 and we discover the picture of Le Corbusier on the 10 CHF and an easy conversion to euros, as 10 CHF is 1000 pesetas, this is 6 euros!

Step by step we found the Einstein House, in the historical centre of Bern.

And we cross the Aare by the Untertorbrucke before going to see the beards of the city.

After seeing the historical centre we note that the designer Teo Jacob has a street full of his shops, but we preffer to enjoy with the medieval architecture of the city and its tails roof.

We need some whater but it's not a problem in a country full of fountains also in MünsterPlatz, but I need some help with these big ones...

And after that we went to the otherside of the city, were we found people playing with a huge chess, in every park, and some prints of modern architecture.

And finally we went to Basel to Ursula's house who prepare as usually an excellent dinner on the balcony of his comfortable apartment..
